As I mentioned in my previous post Mintsheet from the United Nations: Year of the Dragon, I got an unexpected gift from ordering the Year of the Dragon stamp from the UN. The United Nations Postal Administration actually sent my order in this FDC. Although it took them 4 weeks to process my order and they charged me $4 for shipping, I think this time and money was well spent.

United Nations 2012 Year of the Dragon Mint Sheet (denominated in US Dollar)

The value of each UN Year of the Dragon Stamp is US$1.05, which equals the current USPS international first class rate. This stamp could only be used in the UN Headquarter in New York City. I ordered this mint sheet from the United National Postal Administration Website. It took them almost 4 weeks to processed my order and they charged me $4 processing and handling fee. Despite this poor service, I received something unexpectedly cool from the UN. I will talk about that in my next post.
