As I mentioned in my previous post Mintsheet from the United Nations: Year of the Dragon, I got an unexpected gift from ordering the Year of the Dragon stamp from the UN. The United Nations Postal Administration actually sent my order in this FDC. Although it took them 4 weeks to process my order and they charged me $4 for shipping, I think this time and money was well spent.
